PART 3: New Year’s Family Photoshoot Ideas (Formal Outfits Edition)

Only two parts are left in the formal-family-holiday-pictures-outfit series I started last week! I couldn’t help but think beyond Christmas parties and onto New Year’s for this look. When I saw the wine-colored dresses from Vici this season, I knew I had to bring some coordinating looks together. They are stunning! Plus, don’t we all want to know deep down in our hearts that one of these years, we will be attending a glamorous, formal holiday party and need the perfect dress for it…is this year the one for me? Probably not. I am still searching for my matching lounge set, however! Let’s break down this new years family photoshoot idea:

Burgundy? Wine? Merlot? What Color are these Holiday Dresses?

No matter the color you use to describe these formal holiday looks, they are gorgeous. Makes me want a spray tan really bad. Vici has been one of my favorite places to find special occasion dresses and holiday outfits. We go way back, Vici and me (wink). In fact, I remember ordering my bachelorette party outfits from there over 5 years ago! Their track record in my book is pristine.

Is this not such a sweet mother-daughter holiday look? Matching in a deep red velvet dress would be adorable, or coordinating with the cream satin ribbon dress is perfect as well.

Navy Holiday Photo Outfits for the Men in Your Crew!

Navy suits always give me a preppy, stately vibe. I think they perfectly compliment this winter family photo color scheme!

I love when a good outfit comes together! Save this coordinating formal family photoshoot idea to your Pinterest.

I hope you’re loving this formal family holiday photoshoot idea series. Check back tomorrow to see what my family will be wearing to our annual formal Christmas Eve dinner at my mom & dad’s!
